FOUNDING

OGP Konsult was established in January 1998.

We are chartered to be a specialist professional engineering firm to serve clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, maritime and utilities industries. As part of our expansion plan, we have incorporated OGP Konsult as a private limited company in January 2008.

We are guided by a set of core principles and values in conducting our business.

OUR SERVICES

We are consulting engineers specializing in industrial plants and maritime facilities in the oil and gas, petrochemical and utilities industries, and infrastructure projects. We have extensive understanding of the authorities’ requirements and the needs of these industries.

We provide a full range of services in planning, design, professional engineering and project management of construction projects.

We are also involved in public sector infrastructure and building projects.

Planning and Design

We do planning and preparatory works for various civil and structural projects ranging from maritime facilities, petrochemical and utilities plants, industrial and institutional buildings, petrol stations, and infrastructure.

Our services include:

1. Feasibility and cost estimate studies
2. Soil investigations, surveys, hydraulic studies and collection of maritime data
3. Preparation of basic architectural and structural design documents, owners requirements and technical specifications etc

Project and Contract Management

We plan and manage projects on behalf of our customers. The scope covers:

1. Cost Estimate and Quantity Surveying
2. Tender preparation, invitation, evaluation
3. Contract monitoring and administration and closing of contract final account.

We also provide site personnel to supervise and monitor the project construction progress as part of our project management services.

Building and Structural Inspection

We identify defects and recommend rectifications to keep the buildings in good conditions. This is essential for continued occupation of the building. Through such inspections, appropriate measures can be taken to maintain the buildings fit for its intended purpose.

Government Permitting and Submission

We have the expertise and capability in performing authority permitting, specialising in maritime, petrochemical, and oil and gas projects.

We also act as adviser to international clients and EPC contractors in all government and permitting requirements.
